Once an order has been placed, it cannot be altered or canceled for any reason.

If for any reason you feel the need to return your product once you have received it,
you have up to 30 days from the day your order was delivered to make a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packing,
and you will also be responsible for shipping costs.
